4. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel or reschedule service appointments at least 24 hours in advance through phone call.
If a technician arrives and the service is canceled on-site, a visit charge may apply.
Refunds are only applicable if the service was not rendered as promised and will be issued after verification.
5. Validity
We provide a lifetime validity for our programs.
The warranty covers only workmanship and does not include additional issues arising from misuse or negligence.
Goldfish Service Center is not responsible for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our services.

Ensure technicians have safe and secure access to the appliance and workspace.
Provide accurate details of the issue for proper diagnosis and repair.
Do not attempt to repair appliances yourself after service, as this may void the warranty.
